This is one of the two challenges i have joined :D i am on the blue team for this challenge and here’s what it entails :)

weigh in every monday for the new weeks challenge.

Week 1- Cardio

You are going to have to work on cardio for 20-25 mins(at least) and then you have to record how much cardio you have done within that week. (remember to take one rest day/ You also have to record the other exercises you have done)

Week 2- Strength

You are going to have to work on your strength training. Work on your muscles and building up your strength. ( Record the other exercises that you have done)

Week 3- Water

You are going to have to drink as much water as possible and make sure that you drink at least 8 classes of water a day! (also record all the exercise that you have done.)

Week 4- Compliments

You are going to have to work on liking yourself, building up your self esteem. Look at yourself in the mirror, but instead of ripping yourself to pieces you are going to compliment 3 different things about yourself. 

Week 5- Cardio

You are going to have to work on cardio for 30-35 mins and then you have to record how much cardio you have done within that week. (remember to take one rest day)

Week 6- Food

You are going to have to record everything you eat and watch your food carefully. Eat really clean and you must eat at least 2 pieces of fruit a day and lots of veggies! 

Week 7- Cardio

You are going to have to work on cardio for 40-45 mins and then you have to record how much cardio you have done within that week. (remember to take one rest day)

Week 8- Strength
